WE offer a variety of packages to fit your specific decorating needs. We strive to ensure you are confident, satisfied and loving each personalized detail created specifically for your event. Includes set up, basic décor to match theme of your choice for venue and breakdown.

Offers signature pieces  to match the theme or design, you choose what you want and WE set it up and come back later to break it down.

WE Decorate

Includes everything you want and need to have a stress free event. You provide the details and we bring the idea to life. Included in this package – set up, full décor, games (if necessary), detailed timeline and breakdown. The best part is, WE never leave and will provide help in hosting your event until the very end.

Coordination & Planning Packages 

WE know how stressful events can be, so our planning packages offer variety tailored to your needs. WE will ensure you are stress-free by eliminating all those mind-boggling and tedious elements. By establishing relationships, WE are able to handle each intricate detail without flaw or delay. Each package includes bi-weekly updates up until 2 weeks of the special event. You never have to second guess that WE are working for you!

Beach Wedding
Day of Coordination

  • 1 consultation (1 hr)

  • 1 planning approval meeting

  • WE become point of contact for all vendors with detailed day of schedule (vendor specific times, locations and specific requests)

  • Meeting 2-3 wks out for rehearsals and walk through for flow of event day

  • Pre-event day timeline for client

  • Vendor event day timeline (so specific instructions are done at specified time)

  • Oversee set up

  • Provide assistant to assist in ensuring all parties involved have what they need and arrive on time

  • Care for and set up any special request items for the event

  • Obtain all gifts, inventory them and place with designated person or place assigned to that duty

  • This service includes 1 venue/vendor lead, I assistant and 1 coordinator.

  • WE will be with you from start to finish, making sure everything runs smooth.

Partial Planning

  • This plan includes everything for day of coordination plus…..

  • Help with undecided planning of design, style and/or décor

  • Secure Contracts

  • 1 additional meeting to fill holes and discuss progress of milestones leading up to the event

  • Schedule any needed appointments/consultations with vendors

  • Ensure all vendors have been secured

  • 1 coordinator, 1 venue/vendor lead and 1 assistant

  • Plan and decorate Rehearsal Dinner (Sweet 16, Wedding, Birthdays & other special events)

  • Provide sample décor ideas for event (up to 4)

  • Confirm all details with each vendor

  • Fully decorate the event

  • Offer professional and timely advice for your event

  • 1 coordinator, 1 vendor/venue lead, 2 assistants
